Directions
    Perskindol Active Gel 200mL Directions:
    Adults and children 6 years and above: apply in thin layers and rub several times a day, according to needs, on the affected areas. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

    Perskindol Active Spray 150mL Directions:
    Adults and children 6 years and above: Shake before use. Use a small amount of pressure to spray in a circle on the affected area. Spray from a minimum distance of 15cm. No need to massage into skin.

I love the active gel.Perfect for taking the edge off post workout soreness or to get the legs moving the day after a run. It's not greasy and the smell is so much less offensive than other products like it.

Perskindol is the BEST in the gel and the ointment, I use it all the time on my knee, the pain disappears after about 10 minutes of using either the gel OR the ointment.

Came across this when searching for something other than deep heat, decorum, or voltaren, so thought l would give it a go, l am getting on a bit and not much works very well anymore, so why not give this a go, so glad l did, this stuff is great and actually worked better than l had even hoped for, l am so glad l tried Perskindol.
