Orders
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on the state you are ordering from, it could take 2-7 days for delivery. We use either Australia Post or Direct Freight Express to get product to you as soon as possible.
All orders ship from our Sydney Warehouse.

There is no refund for a change of mind. If there is an issue with your order or stock has been damaged, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team on hello@balmoralhealthco.com.au
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to keep you informed along the way. All orders are sent via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
